If you created the concertina journal in the September workshop, you can add this new color palette page to your journal. You do not need to have attended the September workshop to participate. You are also welcome to join this class independently and create the three-strip composition as a standalone art-journal page.
No previous art experience is needed.
During the workshop, you will
Choose a personal color palette, create three connected art-journal strips, layer mixed-media materials, and develop a visual story through color, pattern, texture, and expressive marks. If you have attended an earlier workshop, you will work with a different color palette for this page.What to bring
Bring your concertina journal if you are continuing one from an earlier workshop. If this is your first workshop, you do not need to bring a journal.
What you will take home
A completed three-part color palette page, either added to your concertina journal or created as a standalone art-journal page.
