I am an art facilitator and former executive leader who brings structure, reflection, and creative practice together as a path to deeper self-knowledge.

Since 2018, I have been holding small-group art journaling and reflective art experiences for women who sense there is more beneath the surface of their lives. In these spaces, paint becomes language and color becomes conversation. What feels wordless often finds form.

My path to Soul Transcendent Art did not begin in a studio. For many years, I worked in executive leadership within the life sciences industry, leading complex teams and long-range strategic initiatives. I loved building structure, clarity, and guiding people through complexity.

Alongside that work, quietly, I was painting. Made time to reflect, lean inward, and listen.

In time, the pull to guide others inward grew stronger. The inner work began to matter as much as guiding teams forward.

Soul Transcendent Art emerged from that decision.
