This retreat is a live, guided intuitive painting experience that explores the deeper, spiritual dimension of art within a supportive and sacred container of women.
Through layered intuitive painting, you’ll begin by working with color, emotion, and sensation — allowing a visual language to emerge before form, story, or meaning is named. From this foundation, a Divine Feminine presence may arise organically, shaped by archetypal imagery, symbol, and inner resonance rather than planning or perfection.
You’ll be guided to trust the image as it unfolds, learning how to listen to what the painting is asking for and how to respond intuitively — strengthening your connection to inner knowing and self-trust along the way.
This is not about creating a specific outcome or mastering a technique.
It is a transformational art journey where the creative process becomes a mirror — revealing insight, truth, and unexpected clarity about who you are in this moment, and who you are becoming.

What is this event?
Virtual Art Retreat - Paint From Your Soul™ was designed for women who want to experience the deeper, spiritual side of art and the hidden meaning it can hold for its Maker.
Even though Paint From Your Soul™ was designed by an art therapist, it's not therapy. The focus is on using art as a self reflective tool that takes you on a journey.
When is it?
Saturday February 1st
& Sunday February 2nd
12:00 - 5:00 pm CT each day
The session will be recorded - if you miss anything you can watch it later!

How much is it?

You will need one 16x20" canvas

easel, paint markers, marbles or balls that can get paint on them
***If you don't like the feeling of paint on your hands, you will want to get a pair of latex gloves OR avoid painting techniques that involve getting your hands messy***
Who is it for?
This event is for any Creative Spirit who feels creatively stuck or wants to create art that is deeply meaningful and comes from the soul. No experience is necessary - just a willingness to pick up a brush.
If you'd like your art to be infused with deep meaning and purpose, we will show you a spiritual approach to art-making that will change how you view the creation process!
How will I join the retreat?
After signing up, we will share the private zoom link for this event.
All you need to do is click the link on Saturday February 1st at 12:00 pm CT and you'll be IN!
Will we be critiquing the art?
No, we are not in favor of critiquing artwork in general. We don't find it therapeutic or supportive of the art maker.
We will share and process in small groups to receive feedback and inspiration as you go through the process.
Can I use something other than acrylics?
No, for the specific process we are doing in this event, acrylics are necessary.
We love all mediums but acrylics offer a quick dry time and ability to build up layers that we need for this experiential.
What if I miss some of the life class?
We will record the entire session both days. If you miss anything, you can watch the recording afterwards.
We do not offer refunds on the retreat because you will receive the call recordings.
Do you teach techniques?
Yes, we will be teaching you drawing and painting techniques that will help you create an image you feel proud of while also learning to listen to the wisdom of the image and trust what wants to happen
